This is Willie Dennis’ second exhibition in our gallery. He paints in a figurative style, and his work has a surrealist quality, often with deep and penetrating insights into the human condition.
His paintings have a subtlety of message that is not immediately obvious, but which grows on you as you give them a deeper glance.
Included was his amazing series of seven large paintings - The Seven Vials of Wrath - which the gallery later published in book form.
He currently lives in Dreghorn.
